I am working with Barnes-Jewish Hospital and the great medical providers at Washington University and am finally on their transplant list. I need a lung transplant in order to live much longer because my GOD given lungs are terribly damaged and don’t work well anymore.

I am going to be expected to help pay for a significant portion of the cost of the transplant well as uncovered costs, expenses and medicines. I am unable to work because of my disability and I really need your help.
