After my mom had her stroke "Family Up!" soon became my mantra. I have been using it as a call to arms, so to speak. Mom needs our love and support more than ever. In order to get her home safe and sound we need to gather funds to move her to a new home closer to family where she can get the care she needs. I am starting this campaign to raise the money necessary for this move. This is a huge life change for us all. Mom has been such a vibrant, caring lady to everyone that has been lucky enough to know her. Growing up, I jokingly referred to our home as a halfway house and an orphanage because of all the people that found comfort and security there. It was a home for the lost ones that my mom took in and cared for. Not to mention the babies left on our door step because they knew Mom would be responsible for finding them good homes. It's our turn now. Please do what you can to help this amazing woman. FAMILY UP!
