Shipping Methods and Costs
Bulk Orders typically ship within 5 business days of approved art layout and credit card verification.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before NOON CST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after NOON CST will begin processing the next business day.
Orders placed after NOON CST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
Customers who would like to expedite their orders should contact our Customer Service Department to arrange alternate shipping or rush production options. There will be an additional charge for rushing an order and delivery times may vary depending upon the season.
We are not liable or responsible for any orders that have been lost in the shipping process or for any improper shipping information you provide to us.

We are committed to delivering quality apparel with the designs that look just like what you created on our site. If the custom apparel you receive differs materially from what you created on this Website, or if the garments are defective (holes or flawed), or, if your RUSH order arrives later than promised, then you may return your order for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

The policies outlined below apply to orders placed on this Website. We strive to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time with the highest quality product. We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must still be attached in the manner in which the product was originally shipped.

Shipping Errors or Damaged Products
In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or if you received a damaged or defective item, we may either replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. We will provide a return shipping label to expedite this. We will refund the original form of payment according to our policies described above which will take place within approximately 14 days of receiving your merchandise. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
