What dreams do you have in life? How can you make them come true? This is the story of Thomas and Darling Skye Duck, a single parent family in Calera Forest whose house is on a hill, surrounded by five small ponds (two are inhabited by a grumpy frog family), overlooking Halasan Valley. This unpublished series of books is written by Cameron Farmer, an actor, musician, and writer, looking for support in his dreams of being a published author of this new adult-children's book series that gives us an insight into the lives of so many characters in this new world that lives alongside our real one.

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to learn about a family whose lives have been turned upside-down by the death of a wife and mother? Are you even interested in why Darling Duck wants to have a cafe and successful cookbook? Or how Thomas would love to be a songwriter and try to move on after the death of his beloved Theresa?

Two books have already been written for the series and a special Honey Ducky Christmas is also ready for publication. But the funds being raised are for the express purpose of obtaining an illustrator for the three books written, recording of a song in which Daddy gives to his baby girl ("Missing Piece," look for it on SoundCloud and ReverbNation.com/cameronfarmer), and a plush doll of the main character.

I know this is kind of unusual to raise funds for a different kind of book series that adults and kids would enjoy, but these stories are also based upon the author, Cameron S. Farmer, and an adopted daughter, Jarrah (who wishes to emigrate from The Philippines and change her name to Camryn Skye Farmer). Both have dreams they wish to pursue and want to be a family like Thomas and Darling. Although Jarrah is in her early 20s, Cameron wants to pursue an adult adoption.
