The African American Advisory council is an employee resource group sponsored by the office of diversity and inclusion at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Our mission is to accelerate our business performance by fostering an inclusive environment that values the contributions of African American employees equally with others. The group promoted diversity in leadership and development, encourages involvement in the community and increases cultural awareness across the institution.
Please join us for our first annual Humanitarian Award/Scholarship Fund Dinner Theater where we'll host an afternoon of music, dance and theater performances as we celebrate the Humanitarian Award nominees and recipient. Proceeds from this event will benefit the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Scholarship Fund awarded in May, to a Cincinnati Children's employee pursuing higher education in healthcare.
