Addison is a 24 year old man who loves his family, friends, the Lord, and all others with incredible selflessness and commitment. Addison spent the majority of his childhood living in Chester, California which is located in the Lake Almanor basin. He graduated from Chester High School and continued his education by attending Cal Poly San Luis Obispo to receive his BS in Exercise Science Kinesiology.

Neither Addison nor anyone could have imagined that a short six months after graduation, he would be suddenly hit with a rare neurological illness. This illness, which involves Addison's cells attcking his central nervous system, has caused him to lose the ability to walk and other motor functions, alongside with double vision, difficulty breathing, and a weakened immune system.

From the beginning of his journey, Addison and his family have moved from Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital, to the Mayo Clinic St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester, MN, and currently to Minneapolis, MN. Addison has gone through multiple rounds of various treatments including intense chemo theraphy, and is working hard in rehabilitation to improve his motor functioning. These treatments have shown improvement and Addison is on his journey to recovery.

Addison's high school peers have decided to create these t-shirts to commemorate the friendships and memories created with him growing up in Lake Almanor. All proceeds from the t-shirts will be given directly to the Cory family to offset the growing costs of medical treatments, rehabilitation, and travel.
