Full story

During the evening of July 20th, 19 year old Eli was in downtown Milwaukee with a good friend. After doing a trick on his bike, he wiped out and sat on a ledge to catch his breath. Eli then passed out, falling backwards and landing 18 feet to the cement ground below. We have faith he is in the best of care at Shriners in Chicago, and hopeful about an experimental drug potentially creating increased opportunity for the regrowth of nerves, so Eli can fully recover over time. It has been less than 3 months, and Eli already has increased movement in his arms and wrists. Go Eli, go!
