A warm welcoming environment for volunteers, trainees and teachers to gain, practice and improve on their knowledge and skills in sustainable food production and sustainable design. Working towards making healthy food alternatives available to everyone while treating creatures ethically and meeting everyones basic needs.
- Pay What You Can Pricing (PWYCP) Customers opt to pay suggested price, or more or less, or nothing at all. This allows people of all means access to the same healthy foods everyone deserves no matter how much money they can afford to pay.
- Healthy Food Alternatives Meals cooked and served fresh with produce sourced from local farms and gardens including our own permaculture program. This is an alternative to overly processed, mostly unnatural and overly packaged foods readily available to the public currently.
- Productive Growing Rotation focused on supplying Garden for Victory quality fresh food products.
- Jobs and Training opportunity for those pursuing carrier or volunteer work in sustainable agriculture.
- Community Outreach to serve individuals and communities alike developing their own sustainable food resources via design, training, materials and equipment.
