So, this is by far one of the hardest things that I will have to reveal about myself and one of the hardest things I've will to go through so far. But I feel that I should be transparent and let others know because I know that there's someone out there that have gone through or will go through what I'm about to say. At the beginning when I learned of my upcoming battle I felt so hurt and there were so many emotions going through my mind and body that I couldn't even tell yall about every one of them. This is the news that NO ONE wants to hear.
So, I've been diagnosed with Breast Cancer and yes it was as much of a shock to me as it is for yall. This is the most devastating news anyone wants to hear about themselves or any person that they know. I'm not telling this for anyone to feel sorry for me or to have pity but to show awareness that to let others like me that feel trapped that you don't have to let your circumstances make you feel that way. I know that this will not be an easy thing to fight and there will be times that I may want to give up.
But, I will not because I have people that depend on me to give it my all and I will not disappoint them. I know God and I know that I'm not alone even though there may be times that I may have that thought cross my mind ...but I know that's a lie.
So here's my truth and I will stand in it.
