My friend Cynthia has been fighting for years now for custody of her niece Serenity. The law was not followed initially and her niece was not placed with next of kin, as she should have been when Cynthia's brother and girlfriend were found to be unfit parents. Since that time Cynthia has never missed a visitation, and has spent thousands of dollars on an attorney that dropped the ball, and never fought for her. We need to raise at lease $2,000 to help her hire a new attorney and get Serenity home with her sister and her family that loves her as soon as possible.
