Full story

·        72,000 -  The number of adolescents and young adults (AYA) diagnosed with cancer each year

·        600,000 -  The number of AYA cancer survivors in the US today

·        1 - Cancer is the number 1 disease cause of death for adolescents and young adults

The above numbers tell a story-- the story of the Adolescent and Young Adult cancer community. Through your support ofthe Dear Jack Foundation, we will work together to help DJF on their annual campaign to raise at least $100,000 to fund programs for the adolescent and young adult cancer patients and survivors community. Funding is used towards Life Lists (wishes granted for young adults and adolescents with cancer) and their programming such as Breathe Now (yoga and meditation retreats for AYA cancer survivors).

This specially designed, one-of-a-kind Lego shirt, features all 4 band members of Andrew McMahon In The Wilderness! All 4 have seen the shirt modeled at a recent show and now we want you, your kids and your loved ones to have the chance to enjoy!
