I am a victim of sexual abuse and Domestic violence , Three yrs ago I started at Riverside Adult Day Treatment in Wakefield, Massachusetts with Major depressive disorder and PTSD. I was at my lowest point in my life, I was disassociating and having flash backs. That's when a friend made me get help. Through all the hard work and groups they run with an awesome and caring staff. Today i can say that I dont have flashbacks and disassociate every day. I am leaving the program starting on a new path working on becoming a certified recovery coach, and it's because of the staff, my support team and the great friends I made there. I am asking people to buy this t-shirt to help them buy supplies, and to let people know that we do matter. Show your friends, family, or yourself that we care even if you don't understand .
