Hello everyone!! 

   The phrase on this shirt comes from 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18, which says "Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus". I believe that when we choose to rejoice and give thanks in all seasons of life, despite our circumstances, we experience the true fullness of the Lord. He gives us freedom from sin and shame, He is greater than any suffering that may come in this world, and the hope of His promises is filled with His glory! In remembering these things and the truth of who He is, I can't help but rejoice. And in doing so, I have experienced greater joy than I've ever known, joy that is lasting and unchanging, just like my God.

  This summer I get the wonderful opportunity to go on a two-week mission trip to Southeast Asia with my church. I have been going to my church for the past year and a half and have loved every minute of it! As I've learned to walk in the identity Christ has given me, my desire to share that joy and hope with others has only increased. 

  This trip will be spent sharing the gospel with people who have never heard it before, ministering to the community through prayer, and serving the local church. I am so excited to see the ways God will spark revival within the hearts of these people as well as within our own team! He is faithful to provide and faithful to use us ordinary people for mighty things, and I am so honored to be a part of this team and a part of His bigger plans. As we prepare to leave I would love your support in praying for our team and the people, that their hearts would be softened and receptive to the truth of the gospel.
