In February 2018, a group of 10 empowering individuals, including myself, will be traveling to Ethiopia with Imagine1day to deliver Lightyear Leadership to a group of prominent men and women in the Ethiopian government and education system. Our leadership training gives people the tools to work together, unleash their creativity and influence others. It also promotes self-empowerment, integrity, and accountability. We will deliver the Lightyear foundational programs of Personal Legacy and Integrated Leadership to over 150 Ethiopians, focusing on women in leadership roles in Ethiopia.
