If we all spread the word and raise $140K, that means that 20 supporters will be rewarded with a free vacation. ($140,000 ÷ $7,000 = 20)
All tee buyers will be placed in a list and Resort Getaways Card will randomly select the recipients of a free resort vacation.
Recipients of free resort vacations will use their Resort Getaways Card to select their favorite resort and travel dates. Resort Getaways Card will then pay for their one week vacation at the resort of their choice.

2. Offer valid as long as fundraiser t-shirts can be purchased on this fundraiser page.
3. Qualifying purchase of one fundraiser t-shirt must be met in order to receive a Resort Getaways Card.
4. Limit one Resort Getaways Card per each t-shirt purchase.
5. Resort Getaways Card is gifted electronically and not physically shipped. Card gift will be emailed within 72 hours after your t-shirt has been shipped and will be sent to the email address used to purchase your t-shirt.
6. Offer not valid on refund requests or cancelled t-shirt orders. Not valid for cash, cash equivalent or any other offer.

9. Sponsor respects your right to privacy. Personal information collected from participants will only be used by the Sponsor to administer the fundraiser promotion and to provide the participants with information regarding gifts and/or upcoming promotions from the Sponsor. By participating in the fundraiser promotion, all participants consent to the manner of collection, use and disclosure of personal information as set on in the Sponsor's privacy policies which are available at https://www.resortgetawaycard.com/terms-privacy/
10. You agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective parents, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, the travel and t-shirt suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the fundraiser promotion, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a supporter's participation in this fundraiser promotion.
11. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the fundraiser promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the fundraiser promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the participation process or the operation of the fundraiser promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the fundraiser promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
12. Participant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this fundraiser promotion, or any gifts awarded, other than those concerning the administration of the fundraiser promotion or the determination of random recipients of free resort vacations, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all disputes, claims, causes of action, judgments, and awards arising out of or connected with this fundraiser promotion, shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to participate in the fundraiser promotion, but under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain monetary compensation for attorneys' fees and under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain any awards, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
