September is Blood Cancer Awareness Month! It is also the month that Phil received a life-saving stem cell transplant to cure his leukemia FIVE years ago. In order to give back to an amazing organization whose research may very well have saved my husband's life and in order to also celebrate and honor Phil, I am selling these shirts with the profits going to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. They are performing groundbreaking research every day, but are focusing their efforts on helping blood cancer patients outcomes with COVID-19. These t-shirts are a throwback to the original t-shirts we had made at the beginning of Phil's journey. He knows nothing about this, so shhhh! I can't wait to tell him how much money we raised for LLS on September 25th (his transplant day). We will be wearing them on October 8th for the Light the Night Virtual walk if you'd like to join!
