Pvt Halliday has been missing from Fort Bliss in El Paso Texas since July 23, 2020. His family was unaware of his disappearance until they called his unit 36 days after he was last seen in his barracks on Ft Bliss Texas to find out why he was not returning their calls or text messages. Duty status followed the Army policy at that time. However, since then the Army has changed their policy on missing soldiers. After being scrutinized and investigated, 60+ Subpoenas and warrants, with no sign of life and on November 25, 2020, Pvt. Halliday's unit officially changed his status to “Duty Status-Whereabouts Unknown (DUSTWUN)” and later to “Missing” on December 5, 2020. He is the first Continental US (CONUS) soldier to be listed as “Missing” under this new policy.
The Unit knows and has remained silent. TFRH wants to BREAK THE SILENCE in order to find Richard.Funds will be used to help us in our search for Richard.
