In late 2016 I started feeling muscle pain and weakness on a daily basis. After trips to the emegency room and many tests we discovered that many of my vitamins were significantly deficient. With shots annd supplements the levels returned to normal but the pain and discomfort continued. In April 2017 I was finally diagnosed with asthma. I thought this was the end but it was only the begining. By December 2017 I had to stop working and allow my body to heal. In February 2019 I could no longer afford to pay for my website. I had to put the business on the back burner while I focused on my health. I am finally ready to begin again. I miss blogging and sharing wellness tips.
