The Fraternal Order of Police Auxiliary is an ancillary organization supporting law enforcement, comprised of family members of law enforcement officers. The Auxiliary is the only national support organization of its kind. The Fraternal Order of Police Auxiliary was organized to unite families of members of the Fraternal Order of Police; to promote their welfare socially, morally, and intellectually, and to encourage them in all things pertaining to their good.
In 1968, the FOP Auxiliary Henrico #4 was founded. While family lifestyles have changed greatly since then, the Auxiliary has adapted to fit with the needs of today’s law enforcement families. We are proud of our history, and excited about the future years of service to our Parent Lodge, our community and to our law enforcement family.
Throughout the year, we host family picnics, our holiday “Santa Breakfast,” and many other family-friendly events. We support a family in need over the holidays and consistently fundraise so that we have the means to do more.
