Khalipha's Katering is a home grown business who started cooking food in her home kitchen. I have dreamed long enough of being a restaurant owner now I want this dream to become a reality. I believe that if I strive to own a restaurant or food truck one day it will be possible. Despite the hurdles of being consistent with my business initiative I will not give up. I am trying to take my business to the next level. In order for me to provide consistent quality food I need better equipment and a stable location to make this possible. My goal is to by next summer have Khalipha's Katering participating in more festivals and eventually to a brick and mortor. This dream is big, but not unattainable with the help of family and friends I can get closer to this dream becoming a reality.
