Full story

We are Neil and Jill. Neil is a Disabled US Army Veteran and Jill is a School teacher. We have tried for 6 years to have our own baby. After being led to believe by a doctor in Savannah, GA that we would never have a biological child we went the adoption route. After having a baby in our custody from the time he was 1 month old until almost 10 months old, the state decided it was better to give him back to his illegal mother who also has 13 kids in state custody... This devasted us and showed us that the State of GA only uses families.

This year we consulted the Infertility Clinic of Charleston where we went through expensive out of pocket testing to find out that IVF is our only option due to some medical issues.

Medical insurance cover 0% of IVF cost which can exceed $17,000.00, the VA covers 0% because the issue is not with Neil.

We can absolutely afford to raise a newborn, we can not, however, afford the out of pocket expense. We have consulted with a new clinic in Monroe, GA where the cost is cut in half and our out of pocket expenses will be near $10,000.00 with the procedure and medications.

Though we have a GoFund me, after ALOT of kickback, we felt it better to offer something in return for the generous help.

Jill has a biological child from a previous marriage who is 9 years old now and lives 100% with us. Jill developed medical issues after that led to surgery and left scarring that hinders natural conception.
