Lauren Heather Lay is a Maryland artist who primarily works in Textiles and Mixed Media. She was happily engaged in the process of artmaking, booking Spring and Summer shows and events, and researching potential art residencies when the pandemic hit. 

The practice of loving your neighbor cannot be curtailed by any stay at home order. Lauren has decided that putting her artwork on practical items seemed like a fun way to continue her own livelihood AND to share a bit of joy and connection in these trying times.
