I was born in Mississippi but grew up in Texas. After moving back to Mississippi, I still really miss Texas and think of it as my home. Seeing all of the devistation caused by Hurricane Harvey this past weekend made me think of all the times I went down to the coast, whether for work or fun, and it just made me sad. I wanted to do something to help but I can't be on the scene. I came up with this design to signify my connection between the two places I'm from but that would also appeal to people who don't have the same ties I do. I just wanted to help.
Proceeds will go to the American National Red Cross.
