This March, a small town in El Salvador named El Achiotal lost all funding for it's youth soccer program. While the coaching staff were assured jobs elsewhere, their concern was for the children and the loss of the program. The boys and girls of El Achiotal no longer have a program to keep them engaged, healthy, and out of high-risk activities in one of the most poorest countries in the world.

 

Pazitos Founders: Carlos, Jessica, and Ulises

Pazitos is a group founded in New York by Salvadorans who are dedicated to raising the funds needed to keep the youth soccer programs running. Getting the kids the gear, transportation, and support they need is our priority.

With your help, we can keep these programs running and continue to give these kids something to smile about. Although the mountain is great, so is our dedication.

Together we can climb to the top one little step at a time.

En Marzo, el gobierno local de El Achiotal, El Salvador eliminó fondos para el equipo de futbol juvenil. Le prometieron trabajos a los entrenadores, pero a ellos les preocupaba más los niños y la cancelación del programa. Los niños y niñas de El Achiotal no tienen equipo para mantenerlos ocupados, sanos, y lejos de peligro en un país con pocas oportunidades.

Pazitos está dedicado a recaudar los fondos necesarios para que siga el programa de fútbol juvenil. Suministrando transporte y equipo de fútbol es la prioridad para mantener la liga en el juego. El reto es más grande que El Achiotal, hay tres otros cantones que perdieron sus fondos. La montaña es alta, pero juntos la podemos superar piecito por piecito.
