Phoenix Leadership Center, Inc.’s projects are directed to assist disadvantage families in various situations.  We also train volunteers because we believe that given an opportunity everyone has the potential to become amazing leaders in their respective communities and abroad.

Our various projects were created to not only assist families, but also to raise awareness of the need for all of us to give some of our time, regardless of how little, towards making someone's life even better. Getting young adults to volunteer and give back to their communities and abroad will give them a fresh and new perspective on life.

The sad truth is, that in many communities, programs aren’t available to young people who are at risk until after they get into trouble.  The statistics speak for themselves, there are more young men in prison than enrolled in college.  Some feel they are powerless to change their surroundings or simply do not have someone that believes they are capable of more.

For some, volunteering offers the chance to give something back to the community or make a difference to the people around them. For others it provides an opportunity to develop new skills or build on existing experience and knowledge. Our programs will allow young people to work alongside business professionals from all walks of life and to realize their own potential.
