  All funds raised will go towards Piper's continued expenses associated with her therapy visits (gas, trailer maintenance, replacing worn equipment, hoof care, dental care, veterinary care and feed)

Piper The Therapy Donkey is a 2 year old rescue miniature donkey who visits schools, assisted living facilities, memory care units, hospitals and hospice centers.  She is 1 of ONLY 9 donkey's in the USA who is registered to do therapy work with Pet Partners.  All of her visits are at NO COST to the facilities or the patients we visit and are done on a strictly volunteer basis.  As you can imagine, there are a lot of expenses that go along with volunteering: gas to get to and from visits, maintenance to the trailer, hoof trimming, dental care, veterinary care and of course feed and equipment such as her tennis shoes which must be replaced every couple of months.

Our mission is to Bring Compassion and Reassurance To Those Who Need It Most.
