Youth-led organizations are encouraged to submit their community based program proposals to be considered for a One-Time $50,000 Stipend to assist in the implemetation of their positive program.

When our goal is met and the youth-led organiztions have been chosen, plus2tv will bring representatives of all 20 of the organizations to Lexington, KY for a Grand Ceremony and presentation of their award.
