Ryan had a mole removed and biopsied in April and found out it was Melanoma. Luckily, it was melanoma in situ, which is stage 0. She had surgery to excise the spot, and the melanoma was taken out completely. She will go for a full body scan in July and will continue to have those for the rest of her life. Now, melanoma awareness, prevention, and research is very important to Ryan and Austin.

Ryan and Austin have created a team for the Save Your Skin 5K in September and created these shirts for our team! Black is the ribbon color for melanoma.
