Team Remembering Robbie shirts for April Out of the Darkness walk at UW Madison

Robbie died on February 3, 2017. He took his life but we don’t really understand why. This story is not unusual and is happening more and more in our youth all around the US. The point of the Out of the Darkness walk is to raise awareness of suicide prevention. We walk to remember Robbie’s good life and to help prevent others from feeling as if they had no other choice but to die. This year will be extra meaningful to us as we will go to the location of Robbie’s memorial bench and scatter some ashes as a physical reminder that he is with us and always will be.
