The dogs on this beautiful, remote Caribbean island are struggling to survive. The local residents, most of whom rely on income from the tourism industry, are also struggling because of global travel restrictions from the pandemic, going on for the 2nd year.
The local wage is $1 US per hour even when work is available, which now, is hard to come by.
50% of the proceeds from this fundraiser will go to the group called "Helping strays on BCI" (dedicated to feeding stray dogs on Big Corn Island) and the other 50% will go to helping a Big Corn Island family.
