On February 8, 2019 we celebrated with Mandy for her last day of chemo after a long fight with Breast cancer! We enjoyed Margaritas and people congratulating her on conquering the fight. She did not know exactly a month later on March 8, 2019 she would have to start chemo and radiation treatments again. She was diagnosed with Stage 4 Brain cancer on March 7, 2019 after suffering from headaches. She thought she was having withdrawals from the chemo.

During her battle she suffered burns from radiation, skin cracking, nausea, infection at her port, anxiety and all the ugliness of chemo and battling this disease. She continued working throughout her chemo and radiation treatments because she needed medical benefits. Have you ever stayed home from work because you were sick?? Imagine having no choice but to work being sick, in pain and extremly fatigued. This is a testimonial of her strength and spirit.

She bought a house at the end of last year making sure it accommodated her parents. Her father is a Vietnam Vet and she wanted her parents to be taken care of. It is the loving person she is. She lights up a room with her smile and she has a fierce love for her family and friends.

She had a month to think she was not going to have to experience the pain, nausea and fatigue. She thought she would have her life back. We want to raise money for her but also keep her spirits up knowing all these people are out there wearing shirts to represent her!

She is a fighter. Do not let the short stature fool you because she will be kicking cancer's ass again!!!

"Though she be but little, she is Fierce"
