This month, I am celebrating my 50th birthday by donating to an organization called In Her Shoes Movement.
Throughout my life, I have been inspired by so many courageous, strong, intelligent, beautiful women. It has been an honor being raised, mentored and encouraged by these wonderful women in my 50 years.
I own a company called Crowley Gear and everyday, I am reminded of how lucky I am to make my own decisions, stand tall, be heard and do what is right. Some women are not so fortunate. What would you do if you were 1% more courageous? This is the heart of the organization In Her Shoes Movement. This awesome organization brings together groups of women around universal topics that transcend age, geography and time. Their community consists of millennial young women and their allies interested in making the world a better place through social impact.
My friend and gifted artist, Kim Geiser, owner of Oh Hello Happiness, has helped create the cool Stand Tall Be Heard design.
