I've been working hard to save for a new (to me) used vehicle that is more reliable than the car I have right now. I've been working overtime hours whenever they're available to try and save for that goal. My goal was to have a new apartment closer to my full time job, and a more reliable car by November of 2018.
On Friday August 10th, 2018, my savings took such a hit because of having two tires blow unexpectedly on my car. My goal of having both a new apt and new used car before the worst of the Midwest winter kicks in looks grim at best. I've been wanting to design a tshirt regarding my diabetes circle for a while now, and now seems like there is no better time. My goal for this campaign/fundraiser is to try and bolster my savings back up by the $400 it's already cost to repair my car back to functionality. All extra money will go directly to my savings towards a down payment for a car or a deposit for a new apartment.
