My mental health was stressful bcuz of virus I was trap in my own box couldn't go to my day program I felt like giving up i was stressed i lost my dad at young age than i lost my step father than my aunt than my uncle than my other uncle an just  recently  i lost my grandmother  on my mom side i felt like i was losing all hope i felt like killing myself  and just be with my family  but i know that would  hurt the people  I love who still living so God came to me in multiple dreams he told me  never give up  so I start back doing the things I use to do an that writing  poetry  an music  i want to help people  out here where I live in my community  an nation wide to help over come mental health  even in tough times like these when you can't spend time with the whole family  you can always keep in touch
