There are many coat drives for kids in the winter; however, kids need much more than this. Often kids have to walk to school in the snow with sneakers and shoes that aren't suitable for winter weather. Many kids are often battling the cold weather without socks, sweaters, hats, gloves, etc.
By supporting our fundraiser, you will help children in need have all the proper apparel to face the winter weather.
The idea behind the design of the t-shirts for the Taking Back fundraiser is that no matter what you’ve made it through, or where you’ve made it to...there are people who’ve been through the same situations and struggles...so instead of saying “I Made It” we say “We Made It”. Part of our mission is to create Unity.
