Luke Bailey was hospitalized on June 30th when both lungs collapsed as a result of his life long battle with Cystic Fibrosis. He was lifeflighted from Charleston, WV to Pittsburgh, PA where he was on a vent until he recvd his double lung transplant on August 8th. For those of you that do not know Luke he is a 42 yr old Family man with a loving wife and 3 awesome children that he is fighting to get back home to. UPMC is estimating the families financial impact post surgery will equal $65,000.00. We have set up a COTA fund where donations can be made. All profits raised from the sale of StovePipe's design will be deposited directly into Luke's COTA design.
The design is a take on a Celtic Tree of Life with the Tree being morphed into Lungs that will give Luke another chance at an extended life with his family and all of those that love him. Please take the time to spread the word about Cystic Fibrosis and if you feel so compelled to purchase a shirt to support the cause.
