Chris Martin is an amazing father to a 6-year-old boy named Henry and is a proud Marine. Chris is a fighter and although this will be his second battle with cancer, with the support of family and friends he will win again!
Last week Chris received the very shocking news cancer has yet again reared its ugly head, except this time near Chris's larynx. The next few weeks will be very busy. Chris will be traveling to Houston to visit MD Anderson, which is considered the best Cancer Treatment Center in America. There he will undergo an extensive evaluation and talk about the best way to proceed to beat this cancer.
Chris works primarily in sales and his ability to speak has already weakened and will undoubtedly worsen as tests are ran and surgery is performed. This will make it almost impossible to perform his job for the time being. In addition, the costs of traveling and medical bills will add up quickly. Fundraisers like these will help provide Chris with the peace of mind needed so that he may focus on what's important; BEATING THIS AGAIN!
