Matt needs your help!  He was recently and suddenly diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure and only has use of 10% of his heart.  He will soon have a surgery to implant an LVAD (left ventricular assist device) that will serve as the working part of his heart to pump blood properly throughout his body.  After this procedure, if he qualifies, he will be put on the Heart transplant list.  Matt and his wife Lacey are both pretty young and just trying to get started out in life.  Please consider buying a shirt to support him both financially and for moral support!
