We not only want the fantastic support; but we love how many people can benefit from this cause. There are so many families out there that are meant to be legally on paper. So its time to spread the word. Adoption is a choice, but not all blood members choose to be a parent. So lets makes the children happy and give them the lives that they deserve!

My name is Tiffany Kleiner. My wife, Danielle Kleiner and I have two AMAZING sons. After a battle with the courts, she was legally declared our sons mother January 25, 2017. Now, the biological father is trying to overturn that. This is a man our sons do not even know. We are trying to raise money to pay for part of the lawyer fees we are about to encounter. This will help cover the retainer thus far. We have no idea how long this may last, we are so thankful for the continuous love and support from friends and family and all over! Our sons are, Alexander "Xander" Kleiner, age 4 and Archer Charles Kleiner, age 2. They are both amazing spunky wild outdoormen. We constantly go on family hikes, build projects outside (currently monkey bars), go to the pool, we are constantly doing things as a family becuase we truly are best friends.
Danielle has been in their lives since they were 1 and 4 months old. She has taken them in as her own since day 1. She got to legally become their mother on January 25, 2017 which was one of the happiest days of our lives. We all have the same last name "Kleiner." She is listed on the Birth Certificates. She spends everyday with them being a stay at home mom. Taking them to every doctor appointment, takes care of them when they are sick, takes them to the zoo, to the park, got them involved in gymnastics. She IS THEIR MOM and forever will be. However, someone is trying to take away her legal rights to be their mother...
The biological "father" of our children is legally trying to overturn the adoption that has already been finalized.
This man hasn't seen first crawls, walks, words, doctor appointments, dentist visits, he's never had to take a day off because one of them was sick, taken them both to the zoo, it has all been myself and my wonderful wife Danielle. This man has not given any support emotionally or financially since he decided to go his own way over two years ago. He's not their parent. We fought long and hard to get these boys to legally be our own so we would never have to go through this.
These are my wife and I's sons. I will fight till my last breathe and go in set as much as possible to fights this. It isn't fair to us, specially to our two boys.
We just need as much support, encouragement, and love as possible right now.
Anything would help. Anything.
Our first court date is middle of July.
