To celebrate the very heart of who we have been for 25 years, The Company Acting Studio will be continuing to initiate campaigns to raise funds for community groups, people and organizations that are doing their part to help others. Our previous campaign benefitted the Black Economic Alliance and National Black Arts Festival.
This campaign we are highlighting the efforts of some wonderful young men in our community who have chosen to take their personal time and energy to directly affect people in their world who need their help. Chris D'Sean Lee and Peyton Alex Smith are actors and artists I have had the pleasure to come to know working with them on Legacies. Along with friends, they came together recently to create an opportunity for several single black mothers in the community to shop for their families with their help. We understand they expect to plan another such event and we want to contribute to their efforts.
This campaign round we will be delivering a portion of the proceeds directly to them to help fund their next shopping trip.
Chris, Alex and the young men who participated with them are examples of how you put your words into direct action.
Please buy a T-Shirt and wear with pride that you too are THE HEART OF THE COMPANY and help these young men continue to help others in the process.
