The Learning Tree Studio was created after hearing these exact words from a group of sobbing, first-year teachers overheard in the hallway at the end of the year. "Did I even make a difference?" "Will my student even remember anything I've taught them?" "Should I even stay in this profession?"
Teachers around the world have said these exact same things. It's so heartbreaking to hear teachers who feel that they are not performing well at their jobs. I should know, I've been teaching for over 14 years!
