Back in April, Aaron and I both got awful news that rocked us to our cores. First, I found out about the untimely passing of my close friend, Ryan Holdaway. Two days later, Aaron was told that his friend Elias Wade had taken his own life. To put it mildly, that was a very somber week in our house.

As sad as we were about the loss of our friends, it was their deaths that made us decided to change our lives. Aaron and I both realized that life was far too short and too fragile to wait; so decided not to wait any longer.

In May, we bought a camper. We spent the entire summer working our tails off and put away nearly every penny we've earned. We spent the last week packing the majority of our belongings in a storage unit and condensing our lives into just a few small boxes and crates. Today we loaded up the truck and moved out of our house and into our camper.

For the foreseeable future, Aaron and I will be adventuring across the U.S.A. and living our lives to the absolute fullest. We are doing it, not just to honor the memories of Ryan and Elias, but to honor the memories of all our friends that were taken from this world much too soon.
