TLAfrica aims to empower African leaders through effective teaching and mentoring by equipping them with knowledge and skills for Christ-like leadership. We accomplish this by teaching servant leadership to pastors through the Pastoral Leadership Institute; providing microloans, business training and fellowship groups to women in the Women's Empowerment Program; and teaching and implimenting self-sustainability projects. All of this is done in Kenya, Rwanda and the DRC, while also attracting leaders in Uganda and Burundi to attend our various conferences and training programs.
