This began as something that was a hobby, a release at the end of the day. Over the years it became clear that the world needed a place to feel less intimidated, less confused and more empowered when it came to field of health and wellness.
The passion behind creating Veritas Wellness and Fitness sprung from the philiosophy that getting in shape has less to do about what society says you should be and more about allowing people to feel comfortable in their own skin.
Through this campaign, we hope to do just that for those that seek a life of happiness and good health.
