In this country there are over 65,000 homeless Veterans living on the streets, or in there cars. Some how they have fallen thru the cracks of society. The Government seems to have other things on there mind than the Veterans on the streets. This should be the number one cause of our Government, but they are not doing much for them. It is the people in this country that have had to step up to the plate and do something about our Veterans that are homeless, Living on the streets or in there cars.
At “Veteran's Of The Street's” we work to get our forgotten Hero's off the streets and into a stable life. We do this by finding them places to live, hot meals and medical services and a lot more.
We are founded by a Vietnam Veteran, a man that ended up living on the streets for four years. He had to do a lot of leg work to find someone that would be able to help him find a place to live. He then started “Veteran's Of The Street's” to help Veteran's in need to help finding places for them to live, hot meals, medical services, taking them to and from the VA hospital and more.
Over the short time that the program has been around (three years now), it has expanded to five major city's and 20 people working with the aid to our Veteran's who are in need.
