Throught the years of seeing my child deal with hairloss, I have come the sad realization that people hear you but don't listen when trying to raise awareness about hair loss in children. And throughout all this time I continue to hear stories about children and adults being bullied due to it. I have never understood why people laugh at something that somebody can't help. It made me realize that what is missing in this world is kindess and empathy. It is my hope that through small acts of kindesss we can raise alopecia awareness and kindness awareness.
