To celebrate International Women’s Day, the Zeta Chapter of Gamma Sigma Sigma is pledging donations to two local organizations that support and empower women for a brighter future.
Women Against Abuse is Philadelphia’s leading domestic violence advocate and service provider. Their mission is to provide quality, compassionate, and nonjudgmental services in a manner that fosters self-respect and independence in persons experiencing intimate partner violence, and to end domestic violence through advocacy and community education.
Women’s Way is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the advancement of women, girls, and gender equality. They work to inspire and mobilize the community by investing in organizations and leaders that will advance the rights of and opportunities for women and girls, and achieve gender equality for all.
