In the summer of 2018, I will be traveling with a group of college-aged students on a 49-day, 4000+ mile RUN from San Francisco to Boston, raising money and awareness for the Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults. I will be collecting money until May 15.
My name is Vanessa Killian and I am a Graduate student at Arizona State University. I am studying to get my Masters is Physical Education, it is my passion to assist our youth in living healthier, more fulfilling lives. I need help getting the word out about my fundraiser. We have all been affected by cancer in one way or another. And I want to help our youth understand that they are not alone. The struggles of cancer spread to everyone surrounding the sick individual. And unfortunately, it's no longer a question of if, but when.
