In your comfort zone, you might be deceived to believe that the world is safe and that modernization and education have given fairness and equality to women/girls. The reality is that discrimination against women/girls is happening even today, despite the modernization and level of education. 

Although we're residing in the 21st century, but women are still facing so many critical issues such as gender inequality, denied an education, no freedom of choice, suffering physical and sexual violence, child marriage, early pregnancy, rape and honour killing. Women are discriminated from their birth until their death.

YGEM is the first youth-led social enterprise startup, committed to redefining gender equality to include all exclusions in the society: by empowering and fighting discrimination against women, girls, and disabled in the society. Details of what we do can be found on our website http://ygem.org/

We launched this campaign to raise funds to implement our programs and create a world in which, females are proud of being a GIRL and never afraid to take steps forward, discover her potentials, overcome every obstacle in her way and become self-assured.

Without females, there can’t be males; And without males, there can’t be females. Either you are a male or female, we all need each other to survive and to care for our planet.
