Together, we're raising money to cover the medical expenses for Christina Davidson. Christina has suffered from cystic fibrosis her entire life. Most recently she's struggled with infection after infection. She has been in and out of the hospital trying to find the right regimens of medications to help kick it. Christina hopes that one day she will receive a lung transplant. Most patients with CF undergo lung transplants in their lifetime and they typically cost around $20,000-$40,000 alone. Typically patients spend their entire lives in and out of hospitals. We want to be there for Christina and what better way than to help with this burden.
Christina was only 6 months old when she was first diagnosed with cystic fibrosis. Since then, she has dedicated her time to becoming an advocate for the disease. After posting a video that got nearly 20 million views, she's used her national presence to draw attention to cystic fibrosis. In addition to her impressive outreach, she founded a nonprofit organization that works to create awareness and help patients in need.
